Best fish fry ever, from the fish to the coleslaw to the tartar sauce. If you're local, a 3 piece takeout is only $10. If you go to sit down it's family style for a couple more $. There's usually quite a wait (giving you time to relax with a cocktail after a long week), and the decor a little dated, but the food is worth it! For many years it's been a top choice among Milwaukee food critics. Give them a shot!

This is an old fashioned place. Rustic and quaint. What is most amazing about this place is the food. The Friday fish fry is out of this world. Great potato pancakes. All you can eat. That is coleslaw, fish, cakes. It is a trip back into time. Just great. As I said a rustic historic place with great food and service.

Nite Cap Inn has a wonderful fish fry on Fridays and Wednesdays, but Saturday nights are for their European cuisine. They have wonderful German choices, Sauerbraten, Wiener Schnitzel and others. Their dinners are complete, starting with a relish tray, cheese and crackers, then soup or salad followed by an excellent dinner! Everything is fresh and homemade, including the fabulous dessert choices. The dessert isn't included, but it's worth it, if you have any room left!! Lastly, if you enjoy an old fashion cocktail, they make an excellent one!!
